This month our Leadership in Workplace Coaching series features an interview with Flight Lieutenant (FLTLT) David Jackson and Anthony Rooke .  David and Anthony were instrumental in the development and introduction of the Aircrew Performance Enhancement Program within Air Force Training Group which features coaching as one of the three pillars of the program.

They will describe how coaching is being implemented in the training of pilots including coaching instructors to coach; enabling the pilots to take responsibility for their goals and performance and one on one coaching.

The program has vastly improved the delivery of flight instruction and improved graduation success rates for candidates from diverse backgrounds without a requirement for significant additional resources. Their efforts have an enduring effect on the delivery of airborne instruction within Air Force and on the capability of the Australian Defence Force.

This is a unique opportunity to see into the world of high performance coaching with elite individuals.
