Coaching Qualifications

Whether you’re new to coaching, or an experienced or qualified coach, Open Door Coaching has a course to suit you

All our coaching qualifications are recognised by the International Coaching Federation and our Certificate IV and Diploma programs are also Nationally Recognised Training.

A brief overview of each course is provided below. Click through to the appropriate page for more information.

Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching (10535NAT)

The starting point is the Certificate IV program, the focus of which is to ensure you have the required skills and knowledge to provide coaching in a workplace setting.

This is a great option for those looking to gain initial coaching qualifications, or those looking to have their exiting skills recognised.

Studying the Certificate IV can earn you up to 60 Coach Specific Training Hours towards your ICF Credential.

Diploma in Workplace and Business Coaching (10536NAT)

The Diploma follows on from our Certificate IV Program, adding additional coaching skills, and focussing on how to implement a coaching culture into an organisation.

This program is great for experienced coaches looking to add new skills to their toolkits. It is also ideal for those in roles that require them to create, sustain or implement a coaching culture into their organisation.

This program can earn you up to 65 Coach Specific Training Hours towards your International Coaching Federation Credential.

The Diploma is comprised of the Advanced Coaching Certificate and the Coaching Culture Certificate.

Advanced Coaching Certificate

The Advanced Coaching Certificate goes ‘behind the scenes’ of high performance to unpack how people achieve their results and how to transform mindsets and behaviours to achieve high performance.

Informed by neuroscience and neuro-linguistic programming methodologies, you have the opportunity to thoroughly immerse yourself in a deeper level of coaching that will make a difference to yourself and others.

This program is great for the experienced coach who already has coaching qualifications or credentials, and who wants to learn new tools.

This program can earn you Coach Specific Training Hours towards your International Coaching Federation Credential or Credential Renewal.

Coaching Culture Certificate

Based on best practice, the Coaching Culture Certificate provides you with the framework to implement a culture of coaching within your workplace.  It takes a strategic view of coaching and then allows time to dig into the detail of implementation in a practical way.

You will have the opportunity to work with people who, like you, are championing coaching within the workplace and learn from the Open Door team who implement coaching tools and frameworks to shift culture on a daily basis.

The Coaching Culture Certificate is open to everyone and especially suits those people who are responsible for planning, implementing and sustaining an organisational coaching culture.

This program can earn you Coach Specific Training Hours towards your International Coaching Federation Credential or Credential Renewal.
