A little about Natalie…
Natalie Ashdown is a champion of implementing coaching culture within organisations. She is an experienced speaker, coach, author and leader within the Australian business community. But it wasn’t always like that for Natalie …
She was leading a high-powered corporate career and lifestyle when, on March 18, 2003 at 3pm she was made redundant. She was a high performer and always achieved outstanding results and naturally thought she was being called into the CEO’s office for a promotion! What initially seemed to be a devastating shock for Natalie actually turned out to be a precious gift as her redundancy allowed her the opportunity to pursue coaching.
Natalie's experience:
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from RMIT and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Melbourne (2001). She holds the Diploma of Workplace and Business Coaching, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Master Coaching and Master of Ericksonian Hypnosis, thus qualifying her as a fully accredited Master Coach and Trainer.
Natalie was a recent Co-President of the International Coach Federation - Victorian chapter, has held the role of Co-Chair Professional Development and Events and is one of only twenty professional coaches in Australia to achieve the status of Professional Certified Coach.
Natalie is also an experienced and creative writer and in 2010 wrote and published Bring Out Their Best; a guide to corporate coaching containing inspirational Australian business stories.
