Learning & Development Manager 

 

Brigitte is an experienced Executive Coach, Life Coach and Workplace Trainer. Brigitte coaches and trains individuals and teams to create purpose, vision, direction and results, professionally, as well as personally.

 

She co-facilitates our Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching, is a Senior Mentor Coach, is the Senior Assessment Co-ordinator for our Certificate IV and Diploma of Workplace and Business Coaching.  She also facilitates numerous outstanding workshops. 

Open Door students, graduates and Alumni absolutely adore Brigitte and her incisive and stretching feedback.

 

Brigitte’s passion is empowering individuals and teams to develop their skills and gain practical applications to create successful and inspiring professional and personal lives, through developing their individual and collective purpose, vision and direction; enhancing and developing communication skills with self and others; creating specific goals, creating strategies and action plans and achieving desired results.

 

Brigitte’s coaching and training strengths are:Specialist Communication Skills; Work Life Balance; Performance Improvement; Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and Time Management. Brigitte has delivered these workshop for a number of clients including CPA Australia.


Brigitte has a genuine passion for coaching, training and teaching individuals and teams professionally and personally, to inspire the development of individual and team communication, purpose, enthusiasm, direction and balance, so as to achieve successful and desired outcomes, including empowered, inspired and focused lives.

Brigitte’s qualifications include Diploma of Workplace and Business Coaching, Diploma of Life Coaching, Certificate IV in Business, Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training; she is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University. Brigitte has had previously, an expansive career in Education and the Automotive Industry.
