CERTIFICATE IV IN BUSINESS
We have combined a great set of units in our Certificate IV in Business that focuses on the key needs of individuals managing a business unit, small business or supervising a team. We have focused on those key topics that really make a difference in the workplace including presentation skills, team relationship building and developing and marketing innovating concepts.
Participants need to complete ten (10) units of competency, consisting of one (1) core unit and nine (9) elective units.

CERTIFICATE IV IN FRONT-LINE MANAGEMENT
Managers, supervisors and team leaders and being called upon more and more in today’s workplace to lead and motivate their teams to great performance.
We have chosen a set of units for our Certificate IV in Frontline Management that focuses on the much needed leadership skills for managers to enable them to grow, motivate, lead and have great conversations with their team.
Combined with coaching units of competency this program is a complete tool kit for today’s manager. This is NOT boring old Front-Line!!!!
Participants need to complete Ten (10) units of competency, consisting of four (4) core units and six (6) elective units.
