All our coaches have developed their own self awareness and are engaged on continuous personal and professional development programs Mentoring is included in our Certificate IV program and is delivered by our practising Executive Coaches with minimum 4 years full-time coaching experience We deliver our Coach Intensive Programs over a 4-day period We include comprehensive workbooks and CD's for your training We apply adult learning and strengths based coaching principles We have a dedicated "Client Access Only" area on our website Our Programs include learning profiles, behavioural profiles and on-line pyschometric tools to assist your self-awareness (included in your investment)  Our Diploma program includes key-note speeches from leading Australian business people and corporate leaders. We offer Recognition of Prior Learning for experienced coaches and people upgrading from non-accredited coach training courses. We have an dedicated Support and Assessment Coordinator We have an extra special graduation ceremony for graduates including full robes and certificates We support you to complete your assessments and achieve your certificates, and do not place a time restriction on completion, re-enrolment is not required and we will not forfeit your enrolment after 12 months. We have a strong Alumni (graduate) network with exclusive events for Alumni Our Director, Natalie Ashdown is Co-President of the ICF (Victoria) for 2009, is a ICF PCC and will shortly achieve MCC credentials.
