Thomas Crane
Tom is an author, consultant, and speaker who specializes in assisting leaders in creating high-performance through the development of coaching cultures. He works with all levels of leaders and their teams to embrace coaching as a primary method of communication designed to enhance both individual and team effectiveness in achieving performance objectives. Tom’s passion (and book, The Heart of Coaching) is focused on changing a leader's mindset from “the BOSS OF people” to the mindset of "the COACH FOR people." The premise of the book is that a performance-based, “feedback-rich” coaching culture will more effectively support an organization's business strategy, and lead to higher and more sustainable levels of performance.
He has worked as a consultant and engagement leader for the last 18 years in small and large organizations going through strategic change and culture alignment. Some of his clients include:

Additionally, he worked in financial planning and project management roles with Solar Turbines, a division of Caterpillar. He has a BS from Purdue University and an MBA from Drake University.

Joseph Shaules
Joseph Shaules (PhD) has spent more than 20 years living and working abroad – first as an entrepreneur in Mexico, then as an educator, an academic and a trainer in Japan and Europe. He is a recognized internationally as an expert on intercultural adaptation, working across cultures, intercultural learning styles and language education. He has published extensively and is the author of Deep Culture – Hidden Challenges to Global Living (Multilingual Matters, 2007), numerous articles, as well as books and educational materials for major publishers such as Oxford University Press and Longman International. He was for six years co-presenter of the NHK television program Crossroads Café. He does intercultural training in Japan and is currently working with the International House of Japan to develop seminars in leadership skills for intercultural professionals. He created the PICO (Personal Intercultural Change Orientation) profiling instrument and has developed the Deep Culture approach to intercultural learning. He holds a BA degree in foreign languages from Portland State University, an MA in teaching from the School for International Training, Brattelboro, Vermont, and a PhD from the University of Southampton, where he carried out research on intercultural adaptation. He is proficient in English, Japanese, French and Spanish. Currently, he is based in Tokyo and is an associate professor at the Rikkyo Graduate School of Intercultural Communication. He is a Japan expert for the German training and consulting firm Intercultures. He is also the director of the Japan Intercultural Institute (JII).

Jill McGinn

Jill McGinn. HR Director with ADP Employer Services, with responsibility for the HR function providing services across Australia and the Asia pacific region. Jill has over 20 years experience in HR spanning across food retail, software and Service Outsourcing industries. Jill has established several external and internal coaching programmes both in the UK and more recently Australia and has recently completed her Diploma of Business & Workplace Coaching.

Karen Tweedie
Karen Tweedie PCC has 16 years experience in coaching, training, facilitating and consulting. She is Past President of the International Coach Federation Australasia and President Elect of ICF Global.
Karen is an ICF Professional Certified Coach. She is passionate about loyalty, learning and leadership. She has a life-long interest in seeing people at their best, and holds herself accountable to this. She takes up the challenge by maintaining her own personal and professional development and by practicing her own leadership in her work and volunteer work.
Karen is committed to seeing Coaching become a true profession. She has been active in a number of profession-building coaching communities. Her most important involvement has been with the International Coach Federation (ICF) dating from 2001. Since that time she been a local Chapter volunteer, Director of Communications, Director of Chapter Presidents and Regional President for the Australasian International Coach Federation (ICFA). Since January 2006 Karen has had a place on the ICF Global Board. She is the current Secretary/Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee.
Apart from her own Executive Coaching Practice, Karen is Director of Coaching for Coachbroker Pty Ltd - www.coachbroker.com. In this capacity she is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and quality assuring the Coachbroker pool of executive coaches. These coaches provide coaching services to blue chip public companies.
She is a CoachCorp-trained coach, and has co-facilitated these programs since 2002. She has an extensive background in education at all levels, and has run a training, facilitation and consulting practice since 1991. Karen brings a depth and breadth of understanding of organisational development and the interplay of human behaviour, motivation, and communication to her work with clients.
Karen is married and the mother of four children who continue to help her understand the challenges inherent in values-based leadership.

Mick Francis

Rebekah Silver

Rebekah has over 15 years experience in senior HR roles in professional services, banking, finance and insurance industries. Having worked through a number of mergers and business integrations, she has had first hand experience of how major workplace changes can affect senior people and how HR together with coaching can help senior management manage themselves and others more effectively through these times. Rebekah built her HR career at Ernst & Young, then spent several years with HBOS Australia through Capital Finance Australia and working with sister companies including BankWest. Most recently working through the merger of two of Australia’s dominant Medical Indemnity insurers to form Avant – Australia’s largest medical indemnity insurer, Rebekah is both pragmatic and strategic in her approach.
Murray Willmott

Murray Willmott is the HR Strategy Manager in the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, a Federal Government Agency of 6000 people responsible for the development and implementation of key government policies and programs to provide education and training opportunities for all Australians, increase employment participation and to ensure fair and productive workplaces.
Murray leads a team responsible for developing and implementing strategic people initiatives and programs that sustain high performance in an increasingly competitive labour market.
He brings with him 25 years of people management experience in both the public and private sector. He is currently the ACT representative on the National Board for the Australian Institute of Training and Development, and a long time member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.
Michael Fahie

Michael specialises in relational leadership coaching, team coaching and training business leaders to use coaching techniques. Having spent many years as a senior professional in the fields of health and education he established his own practice over twenty years ago. Since then he has worked with individuals and teams at a variety of corporations that are in the process of transition and change.
Michael holds postgraduate qualifications in Social Psychology and Business Coaching and is a member of the Victorian Association of Family Therapists, Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and the International Coaching Federation.
He has a special interest in coaching leaders and their teams, and has been very successful in helping them develop optimal levels of performance, success and satisfaction.
