How long will it take to complete the qualification? YOUR COMMITMENT - FLEXIBLE LEARNING You can complete the Certificate IV and Diploma in Workplace and Business Coaching over a 3 to 6 month period (per qualification) according to your own preferred pace.  Exercises required to complete the course include: Completing pre-course materials;  Attendance at live training days;  Additional self-study via DVD;  Practical workplace coaching of individuals and /or teams;  Practical coaching workbooks and reading and  Completion of the High Performance Coach Benchmark tools. Our courses have been purposefully designed to accommodate corporate and professional people - busy people who understand the demands of the workplace and the pressure of time.  Accordingly, all training, course material completion and face to face activity is conducted mindful of an appropriate work/life balance. RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING For successful completion and accreditation, you need to achieve competency in specific ‘units’ of competency.  Typically competency is achieved by ‘physical’ performance or by providing evidence and documentation that reflects the previous achievement of that competency. If you have skills and experience that meet the competencies of the Certificate IV or Diploma recognition of this learning is also potentially possible. COURSE SPECIALISATION We understand that there are many different workplace environments.  Accordingly both the Certificate and Diploma offer specialised streams to enable you to tailor your skill sets.  Specialised streams include: Coaching in Small Business Management  Coaching in a Franchised Environment;  Coaching Frontline Management;  Coaching for Human Resource Managers;  Coaching for Family Businesses;  Coaching in a Project Management Environment  Coaching with a Strategic Management application (Diploma only). We also enable participants to receive direct credits for applicable study previously undertaken and recognition of prior learning as applicable.
