Managers, supervisors and team leaders and being called upon more and more in today’s workplace to lead and motivate their teams to great performance.
We have chosen a set of units for our Certificate IV in Frontline Management that focuses on the much needed leadership skills for managers to enable them to grow, motivate, lead and have great conversations with their team.
