Introduction to Coaching in the Workplace

The workshop focuses on foundation coaching skills and is designed for team leaders and managers of all levels. It delivers understanding of coaching, the GROW model methodology of
coaching and the practicalities of coaching to ensure that you have skills that you can start to put into practice.

Coaching for Feedback Conversations

Giving and receiving effective feedback and having
essential conversations with team members is arguably the
most important skill that a team leader or manager needs
to build.

We provide an easy formula for preparing and
having the conversations that leads people to confidence,
honesty and high performance in the workplace.

Negotiation skills

We negotiation all day and every day – from simple negotiations
to complex ones. Through this workshop you will understand the
principals of negotiation and the practical application of skills
to the many daily negotiations we undertake.

This workshop is designed to assist you to understand types of negotiations, your negotiation style and the style of others and practically demonstrates how to achieve outcomes that are suitable for all parties.


Coaching through Conflict and Confrontation

and confrontation in the workplace.
