Open Door offers the Dr John Geier’s internationally renowned, world 'best practice', inventories for personality, character, and behaviour profiles. This outstanding range of tools for pyschometric profiling is available via our strategic alliance with Management Dynamics International. In addition Open Door’s Principal Coaches are fully trained and accredited to deliver the feedback and results from the tools.
